SpaceFlex (“Platform”, “App”, “Service”) is owned and operated by SpaceFlex Technologies LLC, our regional head office in Qatar, together with Naylam Solutions Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India that serves as our development centre (together, the “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

- All data (including personal information, property details, lease contracts, tenant/owner data, financial records, documents, and communications) entered into the Platform is owned and controlled by the real estate company (our client) that provides you access.
- SpaceFlex Technologies LLC (Qatar) and Naylam Solutions Pvt Ltd (India) act solely as service providers/data processors and do not claim ownership of such data.
- We do not use, sell, or share client/end-user data for marketing or other commercial purposes.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect limited information directly from end users for platform functionality, including:
- Account details: Name, email address, phone number, login credentials.
- Usage information: IP address, device details, browser/app activity logs.
- Support data: Communications with our support team.
Other information (e.g., property or tenant details) is collected and managed by the client company, not by Naylam directly.
3. How We Use Information
We process information only to:
- Provide and operate the SpaceFlex platform.
- Enable real estate companies to manage their users, properties, and contracts.
- Ensure security, backups, and system performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations.

We do not sell user data. We may share limited data only with:
- Service providers (hosting providers, payment processors, SMS/email gateways) strictly for service delivery.
